In the framework  of the Ministry of Environment’s initiatives toward the private sector development within the waste industry, the Ministry of Environment cordially invites you to the “Egypt’s Circular Economy (ECE): Access to Finance for Egypt’s Waste Industry” conference, organized by the National Solid Waste Management Programme (NSWMP) in collaboration with Promotion of Access to Finance Services for Small and Medium Enterprises (PAFSME). The ECE conference will be held on Sunday the 22nd of April, 2018 at the Nile Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Cairo.

The objective of the ECE conference is to raise awareness on the economic potential of Egypt’s growing waste industry and to present the available financial services suitable to scale existing and emerging businesses, in addition to a discussion on policy recommendations supporting the growth of the private sector in Egypt’s waste industry.

The NSWMP is a part of the Egyptian-German-EU-Development (EGED) Partnership and was launched to support sustainable development of the sector in Egypt, the NSWMP is being implemented under the umbrella of the Waste Management Regulatory Authority.
